1 Definitions

3.4 One Account Policy

The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. Where duplicate accounts are identified, rs77 will close all associated accounts, cancel any pending bonuses, and may withhold funds pending investigation.

4 Account Responsibilities

4.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your rs77 account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. rs77 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account and using a unique, strong password not used on any other service.

Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you. rs77 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

4.3 Account Currency

rs77 accounts are operated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR unless otherwise stated. Any deposits made in a foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of the transaction. rs77 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations affecting the value of your deposits or withdrawals.

4.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. rs77 reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative fee against inactive accounts after this period. You will be notified by email or registered contact method prior to any such fee being applied. To reactivate your account, simply log in and complete a deposit or wager.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposit Methods

rs77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, Raast instant payment, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per method and are displayed at the time of transaction. These limits may be adjusted at rs77's discretion and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically credited to your rs77 account within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 15 minutes and 4 hours depending on banking network conditions. USDT deposits are credited upon receipt of the required network confirmations. rs77 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or network congestion.

5.3 Withdrawal Requests

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified method registered in your name. You may not request a withdrawal to a third-party account. rs77 targets withdrawal processing within 15 minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers during normal operating conditions. Bank withdrawals are processed within one business day. Withdrawal requests submitted outside of business hours may be queued for processing on the next business day.

5.4 KYC Verification

rs77 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal. This may include a copy of a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport, or driving licence), proof of address, and proof of ownership of the payment method being used. 5.5 No Money Laundering

The rs77 platform must not be used as a vehicle for money laundering or any other financial crime. All deposited funds must originate from a source owned by and registered in the name of the account holder. rs77 operates a zero-tolerance policy on financial crime and will report suspicious activity to the relevant authorities where required under applicable law. Accounts suspected of involvement in money laundering activity will be suspended immediately pending investigation, and all funds may be withheld during this process.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the rs77 platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of any bet before confirming it, including the selection, stake, and odds. rs77 will not accept claims for cancellation or amendment of bets based on input error after the bet has been accepted by the system.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

rs77 makes every reasonable effort to ensure that published odds and gaming odds are accurate. However, in the event that a manifest error — including an obviously incorrect price, a display glitch, or a technical fault — results in a bet being accepted at incorrect odds or terms, rs77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account. rs77 will not be liable for any losses arising from reliance on erroneous odds.

6.3 Live Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and change at any time during the course of an event. Bets placed on suspended markets will not be accepted. rs77 reserves the right to void live bets where the outcome was already determined at the time the bet was placed, where there is evidence of misuse of in-play markets, or where technical delays affected the accuracy of the market price.

6.4 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on rs77 use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, physical random processes overseen by trained dealers. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are provided by the relevant game developer and are independently audited. rs77 does not manipulate game outcomes.

6.5 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games. 7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

Where a conflict exists between these general Terms & Conditions and the terms of a specific promotion, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence for that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Bets placed using bonus funds on games excluded from wagering contribution will not count towards the wagering requirement.

7.3 Bonus Eligibility

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the rs77 platform and constitute grounds for immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting others in creating accounts in violation of the one-account policy
• Providing false, misleading, or fabricated information during registration or at any subsequent point
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other tool that interacts with the platform without human input
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports manipulation in connection with bets placed on rs77
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including live dealer games
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in the platform's favour — any such errors must be reported to support immediately
• Engaging in chargebacks or payment disputes in bad faith
• Using the platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime

rs77 employs continuous fraud detection and monitoring systems. Where prohibited conduct is identified, rs77 reserves the right to void all bets, confiscate winnings, withhold funds pending investigation, and report the matter to the relevant authorities.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the rs77 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game interfaces, software, and design elements — is the property of rs77 or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the rs77 platform for your own personal, non-commercial gaming and entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to:

rs77's total liability to you in connection with any claim shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to your rs77 account in the thirty (30) days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Suspension & Termination

12.1 rs77's Right to Suspend or Close

rs77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, at any time, and without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that:

• A breach of these Terms & Conditions has occurred or is likely to occur
• The account is being used for fraudulent, illegal, or harmful purposes
• Regulatory, licensing, or legal requirements necessitate the action
• The account holder has failed to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe

12.2 Player-Initiated Closure
